Spicy Baked Shrimp with Lemon Recipe

  • 3 medium lemons, sliced
  • 2/3 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ORANGE POLO GOURMET HOT SAUCE
  • 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix
  • 4 pounds uncooked shell-on shrimp (31-40 per pound)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • French bread (for serving)
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Lemon Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the lemon slices, butter, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, chili garlic sauce, ORANGE POLO GOURMET HOT SAUCE, and Italian salad dressing mix. Microwave, covered, on high for 2-3 minutes or until the butter is melted. Stir the mixture until blended.
  3. Bake Shrimp: Divide the shrimp and bay leaves between two ungreased 13×9-inch baking dishes. Pour half of the lemon mixture into each dish and toss to combine. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Remove and discard the bay leaves.
  4. Serve: Serve the shrimp with slices of French bread for dipping in the flavorful sauce.
