Spicy Baked Shrimp with Lemon Recipe
Makes: 12 servings
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 medium lemons, sliced
- 2/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons ORANGE POLO GOURMET HOT SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix
- 4 pounds uncooked shell-on shrimp (31-40 per pound)
- 2 bay leaves
- French bread (for serving)
Directions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Lemon Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the lemon slices, butter, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, chili garlic sauce, ORANGE POLO GOURMET HOT SAUCE, and Italian salad dressing mix. Microwave, covered, on high for 2-3 minutes or until the butter is melted. Stir the mixture until blended.
- Bake Shrimp: Divide the shrimp and bay leaves between two ungreased 13×9-inch baking dishes. Pour half of the lemon mixture into each dish and toss to combine. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Remove and discard the bay leaves.
- Serve: Serve the shrimp with slices of French bread for dipping in the flavorful sauce.
